Filmed & Recorded LIVE during FloydFest!
The Bus Stop Sessions premiered during FloydFest ’19 as the collaborative brainchild of live-event producers Across-The-Way Productions (AtWP) and roots music documentarians Beehive Productions.
In a pop-up recording/video studio located on the FloydFest site, we capture acoustic performers and bands from FloydFest’s “On-the-Rise Competition” to main stage acts in an intimate and unique setting: the back of a psychedelic-painted school bus.
The bus was originally converted to its current incarnation by a team led by AtWP COO Sam Calhoun. All session audio is captured exclusively with Peluso Microphones.
Beehive and Peluso have been collaborating for over a decade to produce audiophile quality sound for their modern-day, field-recording videos. Hear what you see: the sound of the Bus — the music, the passersby and the sounds of the festival itself.
